Richard Donnelly is Emeritus Professor of Medicine in the University of Nottingham. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism, a peer-reviewed scientific journal that focuses on clinical and experimental pharmacology and therapeutics.

She has a particular focus on vegetarian, pescatarian, allergy-friendly, low sodium, coeliac, and gluten-free nutrition.
