Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have rights under UK consumer protection laws in relation to the provision of the services and products provided to you by Juniper, including rights to refunds in certain circumstances. 

You may cancel a specific order, or your subscription to Juniper’s Weight Reset Programme, at any time by submitting a request to hello@myjuniper.co.uk. We may also cancel a specific order or your subscription at any time, at our absolute discretion. 

If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription period, and you will continue to receive the products and services that you have already paid for, unless otherwise agreed at the time of cancellation.

In circumstances where a specific order or subscription is cancelled, we may offer a refund on that order or subscription period, only if:

  • you submit a request to cancel your order prior to commencement of the next subscription period, and such cancellation is only processed by us after your payment has been collected for that next subscription period;
  • for a non-prescription product, you submit a request for a refund within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return the unused product in its original condition, at your own expense;
  • you have a right to a refund under a valid special offer that may be in force from time-to-time;
  • you are deemed unsuitable for treatment;
  • we are unable to dispense a specific order due to lack of stock; or
  • at any other time where a product, service or pricing error is identified, or a product is faulty, damaged or wrong.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be made using the payment method you used for the original transaction. We cannot process refunds to alternative cards or payment methods.
